So I'm referring to my Insanity workout. I'm currently 10 days in and I'm feeling it. After every workout I feel like Jello, and I'm always exhausted. However, no pain no gain right??? I'm so proud that I haven't missed one day of working out and I've been consistent thus far. The "boo" said he see's definition in my arms (maybe he's lying but hey it sounded good) No but seriously I do see a difference. This weekend I'm going to take my measurements. I actually took some before pictures but I dare not put those up right now...LOL.
Sometimes its easy to just give up, but then I remind myself of the results I want to achieve and that keeps me going.
Another thing that keeps me going on my fitness journey is my love of clothes. Besides chocolate cake, and my "boo" I love clothes. Whether its high end or low end I love it. This year I have been more focused on not being so comfortable in my clothes.
Sometimes its easy to just throw on some jeans or sweats and keep it moving however, since I'm a firm believer in dressing for the position you want and looking your best I wanted to hold myself accountable for looking my best.
Now I will admit I will have my days of just feeling regular but atleast I will push the envelope atleast 2-3 times a week....Fair?? I think so.
Other than that, things are good on my end. Nothing much to update here. Just prepping myself for tomorrow's workout.... yayyyyy (I'm being sarcastic).
