Well I made it day 3. And this workout program is definitely a killer. I feel sore in places I didn't even know exist. However the good thing is that I have incorporated some whey protein shakes into my regimen to do immediately after my workout. I feel like my muscles are sore but they are bouncing back.
In other news I bought the fiercest Zara shoes and they look haute!!!!!
I plan on wearing these with some skinny jeans (of course to show off the shoe and a top fitted at the waist.
For accessories :
Some bangles
Small earrings (so I'm not overdoing it)
Small necklace
When I wear this with a skirt it will be a flowy skirt and a blazer.
Can't wait to take pics of what I come up with and share.
