I start my Insanity workout on Monday 4/16 and I'm excited but I know this will be life changing. I always start getting into my workout kick and then it slowly dies down. However, this time I'm going in with a plan.
I'm going to have the right food around me and set up a workout schedule that is fool proof. I've been being consistent in the gym for the past two weeks and that's a start. I'm just trying to get to the point where I feel sick if I DON'T workout and eat right. I've been mindful of the carbs and I definitely see a difference.
I'm excited for this new journey and my new blog!!
Hopefully I can keep my blogging consistent
